We are not offering therapy. This program in its entirety, is purely educational. Even though I have a license as a marriage and family therapist and work in my private practice, with hundreds of different patients, both children and adults who suffer from anxiety, what we're offering here is not online therapy. It is psycho educational in scope and nature. We will focus On three main areas in this program, exploring the body, the mind and the spirit. When we look at the body, our primary approach will be to help understand, be aware of and manage feelings of being unsafe, being out of control, hypervigilant, feeling into terror, rumination, etc.

Once we're able to calm the body, then we'll focus on interventions that involve the mind both thoughts and emotions. You see, it's only until we calm the body, can we really address symptoms that might affect our thinking? Then we will explore things that had involved the spirit and for our definition, the spirit will be the essence of the person or their identity. How you think about yourself has a lot to do with how you manage yourself both in body and in mind when it comes to anxiety. disorders. Thank you very much
