Here we are in build winning courses back on Step six activities. lesson three, which is modeling. modeling is a lot of fun. So when we are teaching and we want people to model a particular behavior or process, one of the strongest ways we can help them learn to do that is by doing it ourselves, and then letting them do chunks of it as they master them. Now, modeling is hard in terms of online work unless you ask something to create a product model. By the standards you've said, modeling is essentially used to help people practice behaviors that you want to see, but that have beer specific criteria for success in really helps people learn and it demonstrates your commitment as a trainer or facilitator to the work asking people to do for themselves.
