What you need to know about sleep, there are some interesting facts that will help you understand more about sleep and what's happening. So sleep is when is the time when your body is regenerating. It's the time when your sounds are clearing out the waste, and beginning to create new energy for the next day. Your body as an adult needs between five and 10 hours of sleep each night. That's quite a large margin. We need less sleep.

As we grow older quite often. Our ability to sleep may be affected by altitude. The starvation period of asleep. That is when we're finished digesting food is when our bodies can begin creating new energy. We'll be talking quite a lot about energy. Some people I only need to see seem to need four hours of sleep.

That's interesting, isn't it? It should take us about 10 to 15 minutes to fall asleep. Sugar takes about four hours to digest. So if you wake four hours after you last had food or drink, it's usually because you've had a sugar spike. Very important. We will talk more about that later.

Worrying about not sleeping is often more harmful for you than actually not sleeping. We can train our bodies and our minds to fall asleep. So we'll look at that in detail. So as you already realize what you eat and what you drink will affect how you sleep. Sleep is induced by hormones and Melatonin is the main hormone Which is created by the lack of natural light. As the melatonin in your bloodstream builds, it stimulates your body to go to sleep.

Melatonin is created in the pineal gland of your brain. Blue Light affects your natural production of melatonin. This is a very important point. Our sleep is affected by our health, our diet, our lifestyle, and our past. So we'll be looking at all that too. You can change the way you sleep.

And by learning a little bit more about sleep, and about your body, you'll be able to realize the changes that you need to make to improve your sleep. And by making the right changes in your life, you'll be able to improve your slips. You're sorry, you'll be able to improve your sleep patterns. a side effect of that will be that you'll also improve your health and your lifestyle as well. So the changes that you'll need to make to improve your sleep will not be difficult to make. They'll take between one and 10 weeks to make them to see a difference.
