This module will outline the basic components of Agile Project Management to provide you with a framework to help with your understanding of the approach. The philosophy of Agile Project Management will be explained and each of the Principles investigated and how they support the Agile Project Management philosophy. This module provided a brief introduction to the basic components of Agile Project Management, the overarching philosophy and the eight principles that underpin the way Agile Project Management works.
