Now that you gain knowledge about the chakras and your aura, it's time for you to feel what the energy you will be working feels like. And now place one of your thumbs on one of the hands upon and just squeeze a little bit for a few seconds and then take the other hand and do the same.

Just presses for two seconds. Now, hold your hands open in front of you, maybe anywhere from 12 inches to 24 inches apart with the palms facing each other and concentrate on the feelings in your palms. And then slowly move your hands toward each other. And if you do not feel anything, just move your hands a little further apart. And again, slowly move your hands for each other. And you may have to do this several times.

And each time maybe keeping your hands further apart than before. And when you start to feel maybe a little resistance between your hands, or maybe a little tingling sensation, you are now sensing the energy that is surrounding your body. So just continue this exercise by moving your hands for apart, then checking for any sensations in your palms as you bring them together. You may notice how far away your hands can be, and you still touch the energy. I can feel my energy only from here. When you first do this, you may only experience a slight sensation, resistance, sheet tingling, or maybe nothing at all.

But please be persistent. Keep trying, because eventually you will feel the energy. And once your hands reach a point where you feel the energy between them, people keep your hands at a distance and just begin to move your hands around the energy field in a circle.
