Self healing physicians now that you understand all the necessary beginning steps, I would suggest writing them down to memorize them. And now you are ready to move on to the healing positions. So let's go through all the steps as if you were doing your healing now. So each position should be held for what is the approximately between two to three minutes. But if you feel the need to stay at a position longer, please do so. And as I mentioned before included with the video series in PDF form are all the self healing positions plus other valuable information for you.

So please do not worry if you're not able to actually Memorize the positions right now. So do not rush your session. You should truly do all the positions daily for at least 21 days. And then trust your inner knowing of what feels comfortable for you thereafter. That's it I mentioned before. Remember, it takes approximately 21 days to balance all of the chakras.

But then after that, please do not stop doing your healing. continuing this gift on an approximately a weekly basis will bring so much continued healing benefits for you. Step one, prepare just face and dim your lights and turn on your healing music. Then set your intention for the healing. Now calling the energy of God divine or whomever you pray to and then just wait for the knowing because it's It is it is truly in your hands. And now begin with your session.

Can you position one, the second chakra the crown. Gently place both hands on the top of the head with fingertips lightly touching. And this position may be helpful for spiritual awakening. Seeing the whole picture, inspiration, devotion, purposefulness, and being ethical position to the sixth chakra, the third eye. And this position may be helpful for hearing your inner voice being amendable to live seem to others and also being open mindedness. position by the fifth chakra your throat, spread your right thumb and index finger and cop your throat with your right hand. Then take your left hand, spreading your thumb and index finger and placing it along your lower jaw line.

Resting adjust above your right hand. In this position promotes ability to speak your mind. Release anger, the flow of your creativity and accepting change. Position six fourth chakra the heart plays both of your hands horizontally on the chest area with your fingertips slightly touching This position promotes self love, love of others and a passion for life. Loyalty, tranquility, optimism, and peacefulness. Position seven, the third chakra, the soul flex plays both of your hands horizontally at the base the bottom of the ribcage with your fingertips slightly touching.

This position is helpful for peace of mind, inner calmness, strength of character, love of self and others and it promotes self confidence, self respect, and your ability to handle a crisis and to be flexible position eight second chakra, the sacral. place both of your hands on the lower abdomen area below your navel. And this position is associated with letting go of past issues and also stop controlling others decisiveness, acceptance of love confidence in money and also confidence in sexual matters. Position nine, the first chakra, your root. Cut both of your hands and place the right hand over the left hand and place both over your pubic area. And this position is helpful for resolving family issues.

Letting go of past belief systems failing free loyalty acceptance. All of the following like positions are useful in promoting standing your ground in life. Being flexible, moving forward with decisions and standing up for yourself and others. They are also helpful for arthritic pain, like injuries and circulation position. Placed both of your hands side by side, palms down on the upper outer right get by area and place your right hand first. with your left hand next to the right.

Position 11 Cup both up your hands and place them on the top of your right knee position 12 Place both of your hands around the middle of the right lower leg. cupping your right hand in the back at the base of the calf and your left hand parallel to the right in the front. So follow positions 10 through 14 by running through the same positions from the left side and reversing hands, placing your left first and then your right and then proceed to closing your session by first asking whomever you pray to. You know and again I ask God to fill in all the voids and energies released with healing light and then go to position 15. Position 15 This is the balancing the chakras for grounding. closing your and disconnecting from the energy So place your right hand on your right foot and your left hand and your left and proceed to balance the chakras by simply with your intention and visualizing the color red, the route. Orange for the sacred yellow for the soul.

And anytime that you feel the need to become balanced and centered, it's a great you could say I love and I am happy with myself position so the universal and like position They're optional. But I use the universal position many times, if I begin to feel stress and need to actually balance myself quickly, no matter where I may be, it is a quick and actually, it just takes you some few seconds to do. And I set my intention to connect myself back to my heart, with love and compassion, and then to my solar Plex for getting into my personal power. And it provides me with a feeling of happiness and gratitude.

And I become more thankful for what life provides. And I remember never, never, ever take anything for granted. The following life positions show a different way of killing your legs. You know, when I had arthritis, I did healing on one leg at a time, and I felt this was very beneficial because the pain varied in Each of my legs so if your legs have no physical challenges, then doing both at the same time is shorter and you may find it okay to skip your legs completely. So just do what feels right for you. However, when you are completed with both your legs, you still must ground and balance yourself.

Here are the optional leg positions, you know treatment in these areas they promote confidence in moving forward flexibility with life situations, a proper pace with activity the ability to change direction, feeling grounded and short sightedness. And as I mentioned before, it's very helpful with lay and arthritic pain. So position 17. Place your right hand on top of your rights by annually Left hand on top of your left side. position at place your right hand on your right knee and your left hand on your left knee. position.
