Hello dear participant, welcome to your sleep challenge.

Your sleep scan showed us that you don't pay enough attention to sleep and you often don’t prioritize it. After turning off the lights in bed you often find sleep without too many problems. So the sleep shortage you sometimes experience is not your intention but it is your responsibility. In these 4 weeks, I'm going to help you find your healthy sleep again, I can guarantee that if you use my tips and techniques. So sleep peacefully like a rose.

We all know that sleep is important. We briefly list the most important benefits of good sleep hygiene:

  • You have more focus
  • Your memory improves
  • You gain confidence
  • Your body is given time to recharge itself
  • It strengthens your immune system
  • It helps maintain a healthy weight
  • It reduces the risk of serious health problems such as diabetes and heart disease
  • Your mood improves
  • You are less likely to have anxious feelings
