Hello, I'm Tony factory and thank you for joining me today on this video blog in what is called Living the lessons. Living the lessons is a biweekly video presented every Monday and Friday Monday to get you through the week and Friday to get you through the weekend. Now the purpose of living the lessons is taken from the inspiration from my book, the power to navigate life where I present a number of lessons towards the end of the book as well as blueprints. Also, there are a number of principles that will be fit into these videos that are derived from my blog articles. Over the years, there's been a number of articles and information which I presented in these blogs, and sometimes the information can be too overwhelming. So the purpose of our Monday and Friday video is to give you one lesson or two lessons for the week, Monday and Friday.
So live those lessons practice those lessons embody the lessons, put them to use, put them to use in your life. And I can assure you that over a four week period over a three month, six month 12 month period, your life will begin to change, your problems will begin to dissolve. These videos are intended to be approximately two minutes in duration. So without further ado, the lesson for today Friday is let go of the past. How do you let go of the past we hear so much about spiritual leaders and leadership. Role Models telling us to let go of the past.
Well, letting go of the past means letting go of your thoughts about the past, letting go of frustration, letting go of anger, letting go of the emotions, connecting you to the past. Every time you have a disempowering thought from the past, you bring it into the present moment, you discount the present moment. And whatever the present moment has to offer you fades away, it's extinguished. It vaporizes, because you are recalling past hurt past pain, past suffering, and reliving it in the present moment. So how do you let go of the past, well be attentive to your body. Be attentive to the present moment, be attentive to your breathing, be attentive to your surroundings, the people in your life, be grateful.
Be grateful for who you are and what you have in this present moment. And be grateful that you are living in this present moment in time and for all the opportunities that are present to you. Thank you once again for joining me on this video blog on living the lessons once again. Today's lesson was letting go of the pass fail You're on tiny factory
