Straight stomp defense

One of the most dangerous positions is to find yourself on the ground with an attacker hovering over you prepared to stomp your head or some other vulnerable part of your anatomy. The attacker can generate tremendous force combining his leg strength, weight, and gravity to seriously injure you.&nbsp;

You must try to position yourself away from an attacker&rsquo;s legs.&nbsp;
To defend against a straight stomp to the head, use a combined 360-degree outside defense and body defense to deflect the incoming kick.
With your near-side leg raised in a defensive posture, you may wish to clench your fist to strengthen your deflecting arm as you rotate it to the outside.&nbsp;
As you rotate the arm outward, simultaneously use a body defense snake or maneuver your body off the line of attack and away from the kick.
