Defense against the opponent attempting a rear-mount when you are on all fours&nbsp;
This defense is used when you are face down on all fours and your opponent has his chest above your head while on top of you and is trying to mount you.

From all fours, tuck your chin and drop onto your back by bringing one arm into your chest and spinning into a defensive position positioning your knee and foreleg across the opponent&rsquo;s torso to keep him away from you.
