When you speak, it's imperative that what you say is easy for your audience or for the person you're speaking with, to follow. Therefore, to help you, you have to use a structure that is simple and clear. And make sure that what you're saying is concise. Speaking in a structured and logical way, takes practice. Luckily, there are some simple, what I call structured response frameworks that you can use to help you to do this. Accompanying this seminar is a set of simple frameworks that you can follow.
Each one of them breaks down an argument or an answer in 234 or at most five very simple sections. This allows you to take what you know and to structure it. If you put one or two sentences against each of the sections, you have a structured response that is concise, easy to follow and critically knows when to stop.
