Welcome to clinical data management program using SAS. In this video we will be discussing about the overview of the course curriculum. That is the topics that will be covered in this course. The first topic is introduction to clinical data management. Under this we will be covering what is clinical data management what the clinical data clinical data management activities. The second topic is SAS essentials.

Under this we'll be covering the SAS programming process concept of proc step and DATA step basic syntax of SAS program. The third topic is accessing data under this we'll be covering accessing clinical data through libraries. The fourth topic is exploding in validating data. Under this we'll be covering exploring data filtering rows, formatting columns, sorting data and removing duplicates. The fifth topic is preparing data and this will be covering computing new columns conditional processing, creating accumulating variable, summarizing clinical data converting variable data types, merging and concatenation of datasets. The sixth topic is analyzing and reporting on data.

Under this we'll be covering enhancing rules ports with titles, footnotes and labels. Creating frequency reports creating summary statistics reports creating tabulated reports. The seventh topic is exporting results. We'll be exporting data and exporting reports. The eighth topic is statistics. Under this we'll be covering, descriptive, descriptive and inferential statistics concept of interval estimation and confidence intervals, interpreting statistical measures using univariate procedure, performing different tests of hypothesis.

The ninth topic is ANOVA, and regression where we'll be covering performing one way ANOVA performing two way ANOVA understanding the concepts of linear regression practical applications of linear regression in SAS, producing correlations with the court procedure. The 10th topic is understanding the concepts of logistic regression, practical applications of logistic regression in SAS and the 11th topic. That is the last topic for this course will be using SQL in SAS. That is using Structured Query Language in SAS, SQL SAS essential SAS macro language. So this is the overview of you course curriculum. And these are the topics that will be covered in your course.
