Consuming quality fat can actually be pretty easy and delicious at the same time. Here are a few high fat foods that are incredibly healthy and nutritious. Sources of unsaturated fats include avocados, salmon, olives and olive oil, nuts and nut butters when they're not highly processed, flax seeds, tuna, dark chocolate and sunflower seeds. Sources of saturated but healthy fats include whole eggs, high quality meat, full fat, milk, and chicken breast. Now sources of trans fats or fats that you want to limit and avoid, include pizza, hot dogs, hamburgers, and basically any type of fried or fast food
