What does the S mean in Success? It first refers to a sense of purpose followed by passion, Values, and vision. These elements are worth focusing on for meaning.
Purpose addresses the “Why” we are doing what we do. It dictates our desire to pursue what we do. It fuels our passion. When the “Why” is strong enough the “How” will manifest itself.
Spend some time clarifying your purpose and how passionate you are in working towards the achievement of that purpose. Articulating your purpose to yourself and others enables you to receive feedback, to hear how it sounds, to clarify, and it provides focus.
