In this lesson, we will examine the first C in success.
This C stands for conviction and commitment. Conviction comes from having clarity about ‘what’ you want to achieve and ‘why’ you want to achieve it. The clarity comes from your understanding of your purpose, vision, and values, and how these contribute to your sense of fulfillment and satisfaction.
As we go through this iterated process, we not only gain a conviction, we become more committed and more focused.
My eldest daughter was a competitive swimmer. Her coach came to me knowing my background and asked for my assistance with his team.
