The Lake at Sunset Journey

See yourself standing on the shore of a lake at sunset. Thick, cool, lush, dark green grass underneath your feet, you feel the ground firmly below you as it grounds you to the earth. As you look out over the water, you notice how peaceful and calm the lake is at this time of day. The lake is surrounded by trees of various shapes and sizes. Inhale through your nose and breathe in the fresh air. Take notice of the water in front of you as it gently splashes along the grassy edge.
Now look to your right. Take notice of a wooden boathouse with one door. Begin to walk toward the door of the boathouse. As you get closer, reach out your arm and open the door.
Walk into the dimly lit U-shaped wooden structure with a canoe sitting in the water of the boathouse. You hear the waves crash against the structure of the boathouse. Walk over to the edge and climb into the canoe, sit up straight on the bench below.  You find your center and grab the paddle to the right...
