Touching your Clients?
State regulations vary for businesses where you place your hands on a client. First, ensure you meet and exceed the regulations. You can find this information at the website of your state government.
Next, we highly recommend you create disclosure for your business. Your clients will initial in each section and sign at the end. The disclosure must inform clients you are NOT a medical doctor or another form of licensed health care provider. In addition, it must detail any advice and treatment is based on your training and experience.
