See yourself standing in a beautiful forest surrounded by mountains on both sides. As you look around you, take notice of the very tall, sequoia trees that make up this beautiful forest. The trunks of each tree are round and dark brown, the roots are grounded deeply into the dirt below. The leaves of the trees are a beautiful dark green.
As you look up through the trees, take notice of the brilliantly blue, cloudless sky above the towering trees. The sun beaming down through the tops of the trees, the wind gently bustling through the leaves of the trees. Gazing up through the trees, you notice the beautiful setting the green leaves provide against the bright blue sky.
As you look down at your feet, you notice the cool, damp dirt beneath your feet. As you stand on the dirt, you feel grounded to the earth and deeply rooted like the trees are firmly rooted into the ground.
