Begin to allow all of your thoughts to enter into your mind. Seeing them float by one by one. Not judging your thoughts.
Not wondering why your thoughts are there.
No emotional attachments to your thoughts. Just allowing them to be what they are, just thoughts.
They are neither good nor bad, they just are. Allowing them to be just thoughts as you become the observer of your thoughts – watching them as they float by.
Now begin to bring all of your thoughts into a pile there in your mind’s eye, the space between your eyebrows. As you stand there and look down on your pile of thoughts with a soft smile on your face.
Holding the image of your thoughts there in your mind’s eye for a few moments.
Now see yourself holding onto the handle of a broom, as you peer down at your thoughts.
Begin to sweep your thoughts from the right to left, right to left, right to left. Out of your mind’s eye – one by one. Right to Left.
