Interactive Exercises
Group Up into sets of two to four people.
Each person is given 15 to 30 minutes to practice a full meditation on the other group members. This practice involves taking the group through the steps of Journey into Tranquility guided meditation using the outline below as your guide:

Three to five minutes of the correct breathing techniques.
Two or three refocusing techniques to shift their mind from thinking thousands of thoughts at any given minute to centering on one thing.
Next, take your group members through seven to ten minutes of a Journey you recreate from the class or a real-life recreation scene.
Once the Journey is complete, have the group focus on something positive for 30 counts to a minute. Next, have them focus on the space between their eyebrows for 30 counts. Then, have them properly breathe five times, inhaling and exhaling into their abdomen.
