ESM 19.0 - Fundamentals of Socratic questioning is the19th of 25 distinct and separate courses, referenced as Executive Safety Minutes (ESMs), available that teach the student how to be strategic in creating a plan to improve and/or maintain safety performance.
Being strategic is important because if one does not get the big picture strategy right the tactics may not be effective and ultimately prove to be a lost resource.
