So it is when we are able to turn off the young completely and children do that very well turn off the young completely and giving ourselves into the game. And then during the day we've turned off this and got so the switch. So it's the stress response that keeps us not here and not there. That make sense. Yeah, the shallow breathing and we're not retired, but we are also awake. And when we able to turn that off completely in game force to the inside of in our body, that's when we sleep very deeply.

And the way to do it is to calm the mind to release tension from the heart and to connect with the body, to connect with the body and this is how We also metabolize energy through the body. So when we think about the body when we relax the body, when we think about the breath, when we connect with the breath, the body relax. This ocean this is this is this ocean whispers is a really, really nice way to even the inhalation and exhalation to make it even. When it make it even brings the body into balance. I don't know if some of you were able to match it for each wave, the wave is the same length. But if you match the inhalation exhalation as even, and then you feel that it's bringing it into a state of balance because what happens when we are emotionally the breath change the breath change, we either inhale more than exhale.

Yeah, and in Chinese medicine, we have actually, we break it down to which emotion we're in we take more air than emotion that we take more air out, then take more and that makes sense because some some of Emotions are more weak we connect more with the inhalation someone to exhalation depends on if you what you feeling like anger is more forceful exhalation yeah sadness is more inhalation right. Cry, you take more air. So So when the when the breath is even the mind is calm that makes sense. breath is in all religious practice all is a way to bridge between the mind and the body to bring you into back into balances. Just one technique. All right, so, who got at least one degree shift today learn something Yeah.

Okay, good. I shared a lot so far. And we'll take a more formal break like a 10 minute break let's do because we already had a break. So let's take another maybe five minute break would be fine with you if we do that. Okay, so before we take a break, I just wanted to You know, when we come back from break break, we also going to have more formal q&a. Anybody else fell asleep Okay, so it's it's very good when you talk about something that you received you're gonna absorb it more your energy is gonna absorb more so interactive workshop what I like to do is helping you get more out of it. That makes sense.

It's always like that. anymore shares Yes. Uh huh. Yes, yes. And the earth is in energy. Yeah, the Earth is is our Yin energy for the in energy force that we Connect and release energy to it.

Yeah, it's kind of like you have a house, what are you doing before you hook up to electricity grounding cord, you have to put a grounding cord, otherwise, it's gonna burn your house, right. And so grounding is very important, grounding, exhale to the earth. You know, from there. It's also the farthest place from the brain, some from the monkey mind and the one that keeps us awake us in the middle of the night. So going to the earth is very, very good practice energetically. I worked with and I told you, I put this workshop together because I worked with people one on one and I have so many stories now about insomnia.

This is the most successful thing but but one story that I wanted to share actually two stories. Well, last year I did this workshop in San Francisco and I offered people to work with me one on one because as I said, there's also a lot of personal personal work that you know, you can take a lot from a workshop but working one on one would really take it into a next level. And so I offer that in the last year and only after two months a person connect with me, has insomnia for 10 years and taking sleeping medication. Also depression medication, both depression and sleeping medication for 10 years. On pretty, pretty high doses of insomnia medication always tried during this 10 years tried to taper off and it just didn't work because he doesn't sleep. Yeah.

So I worked with him and after less than a month was like three weeks. It got off completely on both medication. And he sleeps really, really great. I wanted him to come here and to share with you his story but he's a he's a working internationally. So that's why one of the reasons because he he works like different places in the world and he has a problem with sleep right? So he couldn't come anything Australia, I know.

But just to inspire you that it's possible. I mean, if a person were uninstalling a medication for 10 years and in a month could taper off, I just show you what's possible. If you're really committed of, of working on on this issue. Another woman I worked with in one of the big executive in a big high tech company, very famous high tech company in Cupertino. You know, she had many, many problems, hair falling digestive problem, but then I talked with her, I asked her this question. So how you sleep?

It's like, Oh, just three, four hours a night. and for how long? Seven years. And I'm like, Oh, my God, let's fix that. Let's fix that, you know, and so and we started to work and after a week, you know, she's a type a person, so she gave me she did all that. I said, even more So very, very, very good very good to that.

And then she after a week she saw me Oh my God, I slept for six hours last night. And every time I saw her, she just looks better and better and the hair stuff on like just just everything and she had other product neuropathy that healed to amazing. So it's possible and why I'm saying that is just to inspire and to also offer you your commitment of being here and taking this workshop is my commitment of also extending myself to you. So if you are want to inquire about, about working one on one and take this deeper into a deeper commitment, and there's more deeper practices that I will do one on one with the person plus, like self diagnose, I'll ask you all kinds of questions. So is it liver is the kidney like what's its personalized kind of traditional Chinese In practice, then then I'd be glad to offer that to you today.

There's a lot of sleep clinics. Before I did this workshop like two years ago I I called sleep clinic because I wanted to publish this workshop like hey, you have clients and they charge so much money. You can spend easy $10,000 on some of these private sleep clinics. And they put this eg and they will give you an I don't know how successful it is. But what I know is that the mind body practice is very successful.

And my prices are not 10,000 you can you can really heal. I told you like people that are taking medication and all that they got off of it. So it's it's available to you.
