All right. All right. So we are who wants to resolve sleep issues once and for all? Yes, let's do it. You're in the right place. So this is a chicken for healthy sleep.

Actually, let's do this later. So welcome to chicken for healthy sleep. My name is Ellie Cohen and I'm actually really appreciate your presence here. I know it's a beautiful day outside. But you're here to kind of learn about how to improve your wellness and well being Yeah, it's and we say that sleep is the very is the best medicine. My name is Ellie Cohen.

I'm an energy healing coach and a medical Qigong practitioner and instructor and I've been teaching probably thousands of classes many many workshops over the years. We have an online platform. We have students all over the country. And actually Today we are, we are global we are. So apparently everybody in the world have problem with sleep. So we have people from Europe, we have people from out of state and also in California watching us live.

So it's we're streaming it live. And we all dealt with sleep issues. I haven't done it, I've dealt with it. And as a medical Qigong practitioner, I see also people one on one, and sleep issues are a lot of time. First of all, it's very easy to resolve what I found is it's very, very easy to resolve the first thing that people heal from and then the heal the other stuff that is coming along if they have the sleep, sleep deprivation. So So what are we going to do today?

What are we going to talk about? Let's wrote it down. Let's see. So first of all, we Kind of gonna go and talk about different types of sleep imbalances and I'm gonna mention some resources from modern science, the western medicine and also Chinese medicine she gone so we're gonna try to kind of see how they all talk about the same thing and how how do we deal with it? Yeah, we will talk about the four keys for a good night's sleep and sleep hygiene guidelines to follow on everybody got this little sheet right. Some really powerful acupressure techniques, and I've tried them and they're amazing.

And they work like a charm they really do. And we'll talk about we will do special practices to support hormone hormonal secretion function. So sleep when we go to sleep the hormones are here. We're there we have we have the pituitary gland hypothalamus, you have all the glands are secretion, secreting hormones, and this is what What we want to have happen in the sleep This is what? induced deep sleep. So we're gonna do practices to support that.

And clear end of the end of the day tension. And we can also do some sleep meditation, some sound healing routine to promote deep sleep. How's that sound? Good. Sounds good. Okay.

And, of course, I cannot share everything I know about sleep I've been doing. I've been teaching a lot about sleeping, working with people one on one, but in three hours I'm going to share with you, you get a lot of information, a lot of different information, but still I cannot share with you all everything I know. And some, just as a disclaimer, some some times you need to understand your constitution. So this is person specific and this way I work one on one with people. But this general guidelines are they all work really, really well. But if some of you wants to kind of go further and deeper, we can talk about how we can That sounds good.

So before we start, I just want to invite you to kind of open your mind to you know, there's a story about about this ship, the ship the travels in the ocean. And just one degree shift can bring it could end up bringing it to another continent, right? So if you if you get a one degree shift today, hold on to it, you know, just absorb it. So kids learn very, very good very fast, right? Because they're open. And we are a lot of times we have the brain we developed her brain to kind of tell us Oh, I know that.

Oh, yeah, I know that. I know that. And by saying that we are actually blocking yourself from receiving information from from absorbing. So I'd like to invite you today to just kind of be open to receive kind of like a child like, wow, you know, and see what changed for you today because this is how you can get the most benefit. This does that sound good deal. All right, so so and one more thing before we start so we have talked about being open to receive.

We've talked about what we're gonna do today. And you know what, let's start with a little partner practice that okay? Just gonna do a little partner practice so let's let's get a partner and tell me if everybody has a point. If you don't have if you didn't find a partner, raise your hand. If you didn't have a partner, raise your hand okay? So you should be right behind you.

Just sitting um so choose an a&b who's gonna be a raise your hand ah yes Okay A B raise your hand B raise your hand Okay good. So so a starts and a you gonna share what are your biggest struggle with sleep today? And if you don't have any struggle whenever you had struggling the past I know some people here just to get information some people here too. So what is your struggle when it comes to sleep and get into the fine details into the felt sense into emotion into mindset, just kind of like talk a little bit about it like let's, let's say a minute to two minutes all right so good so and you know, I'm never be I now teach health and healing I teach it but also I was in the other side too. So I had a chronic health condition as well that I healed myself from this is what drew me to study Chinese medicine deeper and study all over the world.

And eventually I started to teach it and kind of left my previous profession which I used to be an architect is to have my own firm and I worked for our company. He's to and my, myself. Yeah, yeah. Thank you. Thank you. So my, my own healing story journey is, it was remarkable.

And I've seen so many ordinary people with extraordinary stories and extraordinary healing stories. And that's what drew me into, into, into teaching this. So. So I'm, I'm happy, I'm happy to share to share more. And again, sleep was something that I had a lot of success with working with people. So I thought, Hey, why don't we do a workshop?

And let's teach some of these techniques. You know, it's very, it's very easy. So before we actually go delve into a practice, I want to explain to you exactly how we see sleep in in Chinese medicine, and also some kind of little vignettes from Western medicine. How's that sound? Okay, so, let's start With with the concept of ci ci who is new to ci Gong like never heard about Chico at all? Okay, okay, that's good to know.

Okay, that's fine. So ci Gong is energy practice ci is lifeforce energy is the energy that animates all life. Whatever beats your heart, whatever grows your hair, whatever, grow the tree, so it exists in the human realm, but also outside of cheese, the lifeforce energy Yeah, it's the it's the life that it's the energy that sustains life so to speak. And in different culture and different tradition to call it a different name like in India, they call it prana. Yeah, and in Jewish roots, the goal the war spirit. So that's, that's an invisible energy.

So Qi Gong is working with Gong is cultivation. So Gong is cultivation or working with and she Gong is working with your own lifeforce energy So when we talk about ci we talking about three types of energy. We're talking about the energy of what of your physical body, right? You exercise you get energy, or you get depleted of energy depends, right? You can jog and you can deplete, or you can get a lot of energy. And this physical energy physical box, moving the body.

Yeah, lifting weights or whatever you do. There's the energy of your emotions. Yeah, so in western medicine, we are so yeah, Western medicine we have a lot of grasp over the physical body. But we're not so good in, in western medicine so much with emotion, right? We have to go to a psychologist, therapist. Yeah, there's no really you cannot cut the body and take out hate or put take out anger or find it you know, it's just more elusive.

So we have our emotional energy, which is a type of energy and we have our mental energy, our thoughts, our perception and one person can have a certain perception over something and another person can have a totally different perception right? I can perceive something as very stressful what other person is not bothered by it or some people have some triggers and other nuts and that creates a cascading events of in your body and mind, right? So if you've, if you perceive something as stressful, you're starting to tense up. So then you can see the connection between percept perception and actually body. Yes, so we say, so our view in Chinese medicine, of the body is like almost like a garden, like tending a garden as, and in western, it's more like a mechanic, you know, like, let's fix this, let's fix this issue. You're looking at an issue on the itself and not so much in relationship to other things.

In Chinese medicine is almost like finding a balance, you know, so Chinese medicine is about all about finding balance. It's not allopathic like Western medicine. So we're not trying to kill the bacteria or the cancer cell, we don't trying to do the opposite. We're trying to find balance, which is a little different. That makes sense on on some level. So it's, it's a, it's, you raise this energy and then and this energy lower down instead of just killing engaging in a war, it's more like it's more like finding the balance.

So we all have bacteria about here. It's we're not trying to kill it, we're trying to find balance between everything that works. Guys, that makes sense. This is just a very, very kind of general introduction to Chinese medicine. So we have three types of energy but but if you look in Chinese medicine, what we what we say we have two major, actually in Chinese medicine, we have a 350 types of T 350 types of energy. We're not going to learn it all today.

Gonna have an exam after class, see if you remember Oh, no. So we have two types of energy and some some of you heard about it. One is called Yin and then one Yang, right? Yang and Yang. So what is this Yang and Yang? So yeah, it's just what creates energy without one you cannot have life.

So, for example, the heartbeat, the heartbeat, contract and expand, right? It has to contract and expand, extract a stir, and that movement creates what energy so energy creating positive and negative we use an electricity. If you have only minus, you can run electricity, right? You have to have minus and plus, right, negative and positive. Also things that looks like like the light, it looks like it's solid, but but it actually moves very fast. On and off, on and off, on and off.

It looks like it's solid. The fan looks like it's solid, but it moves very, very fast. So we need we have two types of energy heating and young. We have in breath and out breath. Can you live just by taking in breath? No.

Right? I'll tell you how it's connected to sleep. Everybody's looking at me. What? Is that clear? Yes or no?

That's a good. And in our society, we are mostly occupied with this type of energy with young. So for us, saying, Oh, I have good I have energy means that I'm feeling very active. And I'm and I, and I can go and do things and travel. You know, I don't know if any of you are on social media. But if you look at Facebook, everybody's always doing things right.

And our social media and our news, if you listen to news, it's all about stimulation. It's all about this type of energy. So energy in kind of modern kind of culture. Is it You have young energy or you don't have energy. But there's another type of energy we call Yin. And without Yin, you cannot sleep good.

That's it. So, so, problem or problem with sleep is what we call the Yin deficiency, deficiency of this type of energy. And no wonder because we are all focusing on this stuff energy. So this type of energy is active, active, and this type of energy is passive. So who can give me an example for young type of energy? workout?

Who can give me a, a passive Yin type of energy? Beautiful meditation. What about talking? Is it young or young? The 10 but usually we say talking projecting is young. Yeah.

So what's the opposite of talking? Listening? And that's what I asked you to do today to listen. So, to listen so listening is is, is absorbing right? So one is energy is projecting, and one is absorbing. So when you absorb, we actually receive energy is better, it's better.

So you have to absorb in order to reflect. It's kind of like taking a breath and so taking a breath in as in, right, when we are born, the first thing we do is what? Take a breath in. And at the end of life, the last thing we do what, give it back. Yeah. So so that's a young So beginning in taking, taking and then giving and what else activities He can put more things on the board.

I'll tell you how always related to the practice. So you'll have a real, more deeper understanding of this. Mm hmm. So, yeah, so that's very interesting. It starts to get like, you're thinking something. Is it young or young?

Right? Like what about swimming? Is it you know, young? Both interesting. Yeah. So you can do things in a very young state, like a competitive swimmer is very young, right.

But can you swim with your breath? Can you absorb the energy from the water? You know, I was wondering. I was, you know, have a little dog. And so I go to a hike here at Phoenix legs, beautiful lake, you know, you have been in Phoenix like it's really nice to the loop. And I was walking and I was just looking in nature and then behind me this two ladies.

And they were walking like this fast and they talking about politics, you know? And they're like, excuse me, excuse me, and I was like, Oh my god, it's really so small and then they pass by. So, walking in the forest can be young or you. So, so, instead of these two ladies could like just absorb the energy right look at the trees, look at the sun. So, you can do one action in both ways, is that right? Right.

So you can walk into the forest or you can be very, very much in your head and very much on a yawn. Or you can you can do more yen so I guess it's it depends of your state of mind. So, how to cultivate more Yin energy is is based on how we how our perception and also a lot of time when that kind of stress response. So we are going here, knowingly or unknowingly sometimes and act actions are very, you know, like meditation or listening. It's, it's it's seen, but there's also activities that could be both, right? Like reading books is very much in, right?

Reading books. Some people take books to fall asleep, right? You know, I do it sometimes when I cannot post it, I read a book. And I read a few pages and I'm like, oh man, I'm so tired of mostly. So so. So sleep is something that you cannot really force of doing.

It's not an action. It's something that you kind of fall into. And what we're, what we're learning is that we create the app. We create, we create the CI to make it happen, and this is how we going to sleep. Does that make sense? So it's something that we can't just decide and force it was something that happened, you know, a normal human being should sleep between seven to eight nine hours.

I guess that's, that's for humans. There's other animals that sleep more or less like cat sleep, two thirds of their life. We are sleeping a third of our life. And there's some animals that sleep I think like giraffes sleep only two hours. So we need to sleep seven to nine hours. That's what the what, what all the research have found.

And it's actually found that it's more important to so we cannot go we can go without food for longer than going without sleep. So you can go without food longer than going without sleep. After you go without sleep after six days. Your cheese gone, you're you're you're gone. Yes, it's no more, no more, no more energy. And so it's a lot of research as it's connected to longevity now now so there's a lot of aging on your DNA so people that don't end they found it in a lab yeah there's a there's a big research sleep resistance subject that is very highly researched and people that don't get get less than seven hours of sleep they actually have their their aging things that they found about aging is processed faster Yes, so you age faster your memory goes down the hormones don't secrete as much actually peep men have smaller testicles if you didn't sleep as much so there's less testosterone production.

So it's it's it's it's what we learned that it's pretty huge. It's pretty massive problem in sleep and this is what I found also my my private practice that it's it's pretty major. And I'll tell you about a story later working with working with people on sleep and it's just amazing. Amazing what happens after they really replenished your sleep. It's just the healing healing stuff. So um so one more thing that is very important to write down if you taking notes is not to go to bed too tired not to go to bed to try any idea it's kind of counterintuitive, right?

Not not to go to bed too tired. So what I'm what I'm gonna do, I'm not tired. I know I'm not gonna go to bed until I'm tired, right? So we say if you wait, if you go to sleep, really tired, what happens? You wake up. Tired.

Pay attention. If you go to sleep very tired. You wake up tired. Why is that? So what happened during the sleep, your body is replenishing the pinching. And if you don't get to do that, Then you wake up tired.

So basically what happens at night as you heal the body detox and the body heals at night, right? When you're sick, what happens you go to you cannot, you know, you go to sleep and you heal, right. So you sleep during you heal during sleep. And if you don't have enough energy, your body cannot heal itself. So if you go to sleep really exhausted, there's not enough energy to heal. So if you are very tired, then we say do some practices do something to get you a little bit more energy before you actually go to bed.

So you can spend like 1020 minutes just to do some practice and we can talk about what to do to actually be able to fall asleep. So that's very important. That's a very, very important key not to go to bed. Anybody have an idea how people how people breathe when they sleep. Did you hear people sleep? How does it sound like right?

It sounds like a breathing exercise. Very deep, right? We don't breathe like that during the day or you go to sleep you hear a person sleep Oh is sleeping right? How do you know the breathing is very deep and long. It's like a breathing exercise. The body what it does it oxygenate it oxygen they said night.

It oxygenate to heal oxygen is healing. So what we want to do is to allow the body to do that and to even help it so we can we can talk a little bit about it. Another thing that is very, is very interesting to to talk about is that all this all this healthy aging, all this sleep hygiene that you have on your sheet and really what they're For is to prepare you. It's like you're an airplane and in preparing for landing. You see, before you land, you have to prepare for landing otherwise you don't crash. Right?

So before sleep, you preparing the atmosphere for landing is very important. So, one very important thing is the heart. So we were going to talk about all these things in your paper. But in in, in Chinese medicine we have we called the heart The heart is the ruler of sleep. The ruler of sleep. So the reason so there's two two ways of, of, of insomnia.

We talked about different types of insomnia. One is involving the heart and then the other one is involving the liver deliver liberty. Yeah, we talk about it. So problems in not to be able to fall asleep who is not able to fall asleep? Okay, so that's heart who is waking up in the middle of the night. That's liver.

More common, you see the hands more common liver. And we'll talk about what that what how to how to deal with it. So, the heart is the heart houses the spirit, the shin, the shin. So the heart houses the Shen. And then what goes at night night the Shen goes out and travels. There's a lot of practices, a lot of research also in ancient tradition, about dreams, and about sleep as a way to manifest things in your life as a way to understand yourself in the world better.

There's this whole practice of sleep, especially in Tibetan Buddhist Tibetan practices about sleep very interesting, but it involves the heart. So one one things that we can We have to make sure is that the heart, we, we process all our experiences of the day before we go to bed. So the heart because what happens the heart wakes you up either the heart or the liver, but the heart if you had any thing agitating or anxiety or something that you sleep the heart would process the experiences we said the heart process experiences, life experiences. Yeah, either good or bad. It processes at night it processes everything. So, what can we do if we have some heart experience?

So what we can do, there's a practice. So we're going to share it and it really really works. So in in to sue the heart and the liver. So the liver is also is also managing emotions and more deliver is issues with with so here we can write it down. So liver so we talk about heart, emotions and then the liver is a certain type of emotion. So liver is more like anger, frustration irritability, anger, frustration irritability.

Yeah, that's, that's, that's the major one. There's more. But deliver is governing our emotions, all the emotions, but these in particular. So something that we're not pleased with, you know, and so what we can do before going to before we before we go into bed is to soothe the heart and deliver and emotionally soothing. So one thing that would be really disruptive to sleep is to have before you go to sleep to have like an argument with somebody or political debate or something like that something that is not settling with you like, like remembering something that makes you angry. Yeah.

So just kind of like so before going to sleep we say just have a really easy conversation with a friend something really, something very positive. Focusing on gratitude is very important before going to sleep. There's actually a tradition so many religion, praying before going to sleep is all about gratitude is to soothing the heart. So I'll tell you a story. Is there any question about it or sharing? Anybody wants?

Yeah. The lucid dreaming. Um, that's a completely different thing. lucid dreaming. That's a completely different thing. You have lucid dreaming.

Oh, that's great. That's very good. That's really really good. So now, so what happened if you know I did. This workshop last year two in San Francisco and a gentleman raised his hand and he's like, you know, I'm working shifts and I have to like I deal with people and you know, I think he's like a lawyer or something. So it's very hard conversation with people and then he has to go to bed after that.

That's kind of hard right? To go to bed after a hard conversation with somebody. So So what do we do? Yeah, what do we do if we had like a not a good day and we have to sleep You know, reminds me a story of of me and my partner's my partner, Adam. And we went to I saw a movie. It says the Avengers you know, the Avengers.

I didn't know what the Avengers are. But I saw it's all about superheroes as I'm like, Oh, I love superheroes like a Chico masters right they all I could I let's go see it, you know, and it was at night. And oh, my God is horrible. It's just blood and shooting. And people dying. And we were nervous shot like we got after this.

It's like, it was like 10pm and I was fully awake, you know that that movie was very sensational. And you're just like, and I'm like, Oh, great. Now I'm not gonna sleep. So that's what we said. So don't watch violent movies, no horror films before going to bed. So what did I do?

It's kind of like having a bad conversation with somebody. So So I talked about it. We talked about how we feel, and how horrible we feel, you know? And then and this is a journal journaling. What are you doing journaling? And we're going to talk about the four the four questions are the most important question to release the energy and to and to come the heart.

So the first one we talked about is like, Oh my god, this is horrible movie. I thought I'm gonna see some here like a really great film and it's just all sensational about gluttony, you know, just just trying to like, get you a nerf shot experience. So We talked about it we can release all the anger. And then I remember there was one night that me and Adam we still this movie about Mother Teresa. It's called Mother Teresa. Everybody see?

Mother Teresa? Ah, such a after this movie if you want to sleep good bite on Netflix, I tell you and really feel all of it. Because a beautiful film about her life. And about all that the movie was full of peace and compassion and love and all her life and it's just heartwarming, really, really heartwarming. And I remember sleeping like a baby one of these sleep that you wake up and you're like, Whoa, I didn't sleep like that since I was a teenager, you know? And then after the Avenger I'm like, Okay, let me let me think about it.

Let me let me remember that Mother Teresa, right. So I remember this Mother Teresa film and I kind of bask in this emotions of like, Oh, yeah, remember that scene, that scene? And that's it. Anyone know what I slept like a baby that night. What is that? Yeah.

So, so so so the fourth question, what was challenging for you today? This is journal before going to bed. I tell you a works like a champ. So first question. We have the four keys, release, release the energy. Let it go, let it go, forgive, forget and let go.

So we talk about release. So for Express, and when you write things down, it's even better. I didn't write things down with the Avenger story and all that. But if I could have write it down, it would be even more impactful. Because there's a connection between the brain and the hand. So release, write down what was the most so the first question was what what is the most challenging thing today that happened to you?

And the next question is transformed. So the next question is What did you learn? From this What did you learn from this? That's very important question I tell you if you if you have a sheet of paper, write it on the phone write it somewhere. It's really, really proven to be very What did you learn? When you ask the question?

What did you learn from it? You have to be very calm. Do it with a calm mind. So do some breathing, do some Qigong. We're gonna do some I'll show you some techniques. What did you write?

Honestly, without any blame or guilt or or agitation, just with the contemplative mind? What did you learn? And then the next question would be, what are you grateful for? It sets you up to success. So release transform. Release the four keys release, energize.

Transform and balance. Balance and you write at least five things you grid five, five things you're grateful for. Could be just that it was a nice weather today could be anything. And then after that, that's you write this down. This is a powerful I tell you it's really really powerful question. When I wake up, write it down when I wake up.

When I wake up in the morning, I will feel I will feel if I FEL I will feel blank, you feel there, you feel it. Blank, you fill it you feel the you feel what you feel I would feel any idea happy refreshed say optimistic rested you rested is the most common people rested to so peaceful rested. And now when you connect with the gratitude, you really feel it. When you in your body you really feel it in your body kind of like when I talked about Mother Teresa. I didn't think oh yeah, the movie. Yeah, that was good.

No, I have to feel it in my body, to feel the scene to feel how she touched this person heal. And I just feel this feeling again of love or compassion of like almost crying even, you know, you just have to feel it. You have to bask in it. You have to amplify the feeling of gratitude. Also when you do it with the gratitude that makes sense. Yes or no?

You're gonna try to Yes or no? Yes, yes. Okay. And then when you say yes. Releasing, releasing from your heart is more for the Qigong movement practice. We'll do it together.

Yeah, thank you. You're you're on it, you're on top of it. So so when you also say what a wake up I feel blank rested. You want to close your eyes and Feel it. Feel how it feels to be rested here. Let's put a little practice.

Just close your eyes sit Don't close your eyes. And again, I'm gonna say peaceful, how peaceful how peace feels like. Try to just inhale peace. Maybe a vision come to mind of something peaceful like a beautiful sunset or some time in the past when you felt peaceful or something inspire you as a vision or a felt sense of feel like peace. So inhale and exhale from the mouth of the rest. You want to feel you want to be acquaintance of how in the body it feels to feel peaceful.

And then one way to bring it from the past when you felt so peaceful sometimes. Could be even 20 years ago. You felt as peaceful Yeah. And you kind of like oh yeah, it feels like that in my heart. I can feel my hands like this or my legs or wherever it it's in the body. But make it as a as a experience.

Not just the concept in your mind in your head, but a full body experience. peaceful, peace in hell peace. Inhale, one more inhalation, inhale. Exhale from the mouth. Yeah, when you exhale from the mouth. First of all, when you close your eyes, they already know when you close your eyes, the breath gets deeper when you exhale from the mouth, you already also We already know from from, from science on the echo from the mouse, you signaling the brain to release stress and tension that it's a safe to release stress and tension.

So inhale peace and see how it feels like in the body to be at peace, x health on the mouth and let it go. Forget forgive, let go. So when I wake up in the morning, I will feel peaceful or I will feel rested. So you can check with the word rested is a little different than peaceful. Each word has different so what's rested feels like let's try rested, like you rested and you just woke up. feeling really really rested.

How's that feeling? The body how rested feeling like Inhale rest being rested. And Excellent. Excellent from the mouth. Exhale the air from the mouth. Nice open eyes.

Oh nice. The energy in the room transform. You feel it and you did it. So in Qigong, we say, you can move Remember I told you t Gong is energy of your heart of your body. So, most of us go to a class you can lift your arm into I lift your arm, you can raise it, but change your emotion. People can do it.

But in Saigon, we practice that like what we did just now. You know me So this is the journaling is a key is a very very important way to release tension from from the body and to release tension from the heart. We don't want to go to sleep and process all the negative emotion and asleep we want to release it before we went to sleep that make sense. You want to kind of process before we're going to bed processing before take 20 minutes you're gonna sleep deeper. That's it. Yes.

Yes question. UX So from the mouth. It's just a technique to signal the brain that it's okay to to release you know, people do that a lot of time right we do. Right What is why we do that? We release stress. Right, go into a hot tub.

I do it ah Feel so good? Do you really stress you hold that you can hold energy in the body as tension. Or as flow, you hold it, that you hold energy either way, you can hold it as tension tension, or you can hold it as flow flow feels much better. Right? So how about we gonna make a little practice? You're ready to move a little bit?

Yes. All right. So um, so first of all, the, the practice. So the practice will be constructed. So now after we talked a little bit about Yin energy, and this is also how to go the, you know, cultivating more Yin energy is something that you can do during the day. activities that are more Yin, and try to see how he can do things in your life that are more Yin, and it could be anything like we say, you can walk into forest in a different way than, you know these two limits.

Or you can you know what I mean? There's a way to to induce more Yin energy. One way to do it is to start breathing. Like we just did. Inhale deeper and exhale from the mouth and just take few breaths even during the day it's gonna really really help and then you can start even do your work with a little bit more calm and focus and and present. So one so the so this is this would be one recommendation to do to actually how to live your life in a more how to induce more energy into your life and too much in is not good.

I'm not saying too much yet. You know, if you're sitting on the sofa all day, what do you feel tired, right? You feel tired. So to machine is also not good? Again, energy is balanced between young and young. So you have to be balanced to to have good energy.

So good energy if you have too much in your feelings. Tired even with too much young you feeling exhausted right? So it has to be somewhere in the middle. So it has to be some. So know yourself like are you more you are more young. Usually people are more young.

More More, more on this type of energy
