DESCRIPTION: When we lost Michael, I remember thinking life would never be the same.
Sofia was 7 years old.
Danica was 4.
I was a mess.
Learning about the Power of Connection through the Jai Institute for Parenting changed me.
It allowed me to (re)Connect with myself and with our daughters.
It allowed me to ()Think about why my children were doing what they were doing.
And it allowed us to (re)Build our lives together - not from a place where we each struggled to control each other. But instead from a place where we centered what mattered most to us: love, trust, and building a stronger relationship with each other.
But most importantly, it created a space for us to truly (re)Imagine the joy that we thought we would never get back after he died.
