Hello, and welcome to the final section in the final lecture in the course where I'll be speaking with you. I hope that you've enjoyed the course, I hope you've gotten something out of it, I hope you can benefit from it. And I hope that you'll be able to go back to it from time to time and refresh your benefits and lessons from gratitude. And from this whole process, it's been a joy to work with you. And I love the fact that I have the opportunity and the privilege to take the experiences that I've had, and to actually use them to help and benefit you. Nothing satisfies me more or makes me happier than to do that.

And so best practices when you're going through and practicing these different methods and activities, is to go back through the course and repeat going through and listening to it. Follow the practices that are here, experiment with them, overlap them, try different things. Be persistent and Be patient with yourself, use the PDFs. And, you know, pass it forward, do something to help someone else. And let someone know about the course and just anything that will you can do to help somebody else is paying gratitude forward. And so it's been a joy and a privilege working with you.

And just over the course we have covered, what gratitude is the benefits of gratitude, how gratitude can change your perspective, how gratitude can increase abundance in your life, the specific practices of gratitude, and how that you can make those work and cultivate those in your life as a choice. How persistence can change your perspective in a way that creates long term benefits and changes the outcomes in your life, how it can improve relationships, and how you can pay all of this forward and keep it going. And so I hope that this course will make changes in your life that you can't even imagine now and that it will Be a great blessing to you. And it's been a great blessing to me to teach you and to help you. Put it into practice, do it and keep doing it. And I believe you'll see wonderful results in your life.
