Hello, and welcome to stop striving and start thriving the gift of gratitude. I'm Rachel Roy, and I have many years of experience learning through difficulties in spiritual practice, the best methods for healing and for transformation and for gratitude. And I have 14 years teaching at a university level, connecting with and teaching thousands of students who is this course for this course is for anyone who is ready to stop striving and start thriving. It's for anyone who may have face disappointments, and you're ready to take those challenges and transform them from setbacks into cashable assets that are more valuable than if you ever had not experienced them. And also for anyone who was seeking to change their perspective towards challenges, attract more abundance and improve the outcomes in your life as well as your relationships. And what this course will do for you.

This course is free broken down into actionable steps you can practice to achieve three goals, change your perspective, attract more abundance and improve the outcomes and relationships in your life. And so this course explains how gratitude works to lay the foundation for actionable steps so you can see results in your life immediately. We will cover the following in the five sections of the course scientific and experiential proof that gratitude works. quick win exercises to start seeing results of gratitude in your life right away. demonstrations that show how gratitude will make you a happier person by changing your outlook and perspective on experiences. 11 actionable practices that will help you to put gratitude into practice and change how you perceive your experiences, and also will increase the abundance happiness and joy in your life and proof that gratitude can change your life even if you've experienced difficult And how to put that into practice in a more permanent way so you see lasting changes in your life.

What this course does not do. This course does not give you a formula and promise that everything will go your way. This course doesn't give you a 12 step program to follow on gratitude. And this course doesn't unlock the secrets of the universe. But if you're looking for a practical guide to dealing with life's challenges, the ups and downs with gratitude and using gratitude as a way to change your life and draw better abundance, opportunities and circumstances into your life then this course is for you. If you're fighting with yourself to try to be a more positive person without success.

I know how that's felt. This course will help you if you find your own brokenness, flaws and shortcomings intolerable at times. You need new perceptions on your experiences and this course will help you what gratitude will and will not do. Under what Greg team can do to create a transformative experience in this life. And I want you to know how gratitude can transform lack of motivation, help her transform depression, jar apathy, remind you of the good that you have in your life, shift your focus radically without necessarily changing anything at first external externally, and change the negative attitude into to a positive one without all the cliches and platitudes, something that will actually work. And then you will start to see external changes in your life as well.

How this course is different. Most self help books about cliches and platitudes, tell you what to do to improve your life but don't tell you how to do it. And so they don't explain the reasons behind why you should do it. And often don't include actionable steps for how to do it and as connected with the why, and this course connects it with why you should do it gives you actionable steps to do it and actually shows you how to put it into practice and To make it last, sustainable gratitude is what we're talking about here. And so, an open mind is one thing that you'll need for this course, courage to look deep inside of yourself, willingness to learn and grow and look at circumstances in a unique and new way, creativity on how you look at your experience and circumstances, time to write, reflect and work, a willingness to work.

And also a journal notebook or computer and a pen or pencil for your writing are things that you will need to succeed in the course.
