Release Fear

Right, it's King Gabriel once again of absolute realization, coaching and healing, and you are in the Archangel certification course. This is module four, section one. And today, we're actually going to discuss the topic of releasing fear. Now fair, in general, welfare is and it is not okay. Um, fair is an experience that we have here. And the experience is mainly based on the fact that the energy that we're dealing with, we're actually focusing that energy on something that we don't want to happen.

So in a sense, if we were to go back to what prayer is and all of that, then what we're actually doing is praying with our energy or putting our energy, our attention on something that we don't want. This makes us feel fearful inside because our energy is already set on something that we have in mind that would be joyful and get us and make us happy and we know what that is. But Within that energy field, all of a sudden, there comes another idea. And that idea is almost siphoning the energy from that one place onto another. And it feels way very innocent. You actually feel that funny feeling in your stomach when you feel fearful like things change.

Sometimes it's in your heart as well, you'll feel a shift in energy and it's like almost a valve that shifts. Well. That's the feeling of that energy shifting. And fair. I have an acronym for it. It's some people say that acronym about?

Well, there's an acronym for it. But the acronym that we're focused on today that will help us most is focusing energy on alternate realities. That's f focusing e energy on a alternate our realities, right. So focusing energy on alternate realities is what fear stands for in this work. And what really happens is just what it said there. There is a reality that is that it's in our bubble.

It's in our field. Right. It's the feed that we're generating. And it's all around us. It's the idea that we have. It's all of the energy culminated into that one thing.

And then all of a sudden, we have this alternate experience where we're thinking of something that would contradict that. For instance, if I was to set my mind to, let's say, jumping over a huge gap between two mountains, right, there's this huge gap between two mountains, and I want to jump over it. Now, if that mount that gap is between the two mountains, and I'm looking at it and I'm about to do it, I have two choices. I can focus my energy and think of it as if this is about six feet from the ground, not that high. And I'll just run and jump like I usually do, because I have no worry in my mind or anything like that. I'm just doing it.

Or I can focus my attention on the fact that Whoa, this is like, over 1000 feet in the air. If I fall from here. That's it. No coming back. And then Thinking those thoughts? And then for me to run and do that would be like, Whoa, crazy.

It would be absurd. And yes, that is a real danger. So there's there is reason to have fear there. But all I'm showing you is that mentally, what changed, there really was not anything in terms of the six feet gap that we're going to jump because we're still going to only be jumping six feet across, right? Nothing changed there. But what really changed was the state of thinking, well, am I in danger?

Or am I not at that danger trigger is where fair is because we've we've siphoned energy onto thinking that something bad could happen and that's where our energy was focused, then instead of the successful jump and just doing it like anything and coming out and being happy, right. So that's where the energy was channeled, and it moved from the central region on to something else. So that's why we use the acronym focusing energy on alternate realities because what's required to dissolve fear, then is to focus refocus the energy on the original intention. Right? There's something this is your, this is your original focus, I'm going to do it in a circle, just so you see that, right? Your original focus is here, and it's a circle.

And then all of a sudden, you have this other idea that pops up to the side of that circle. And what that idea does that's contrary to that circle is suck energy from the circle. It sucks energy from the circle. And if you have more than one of those, it keeps pulling, pulling until the energy that was there in a circle originally, is no, almost nothing. And it's spread all over the place. Right?

And that's where that whole split mind and chaotic thing comes from for people because what happens is, they have so many reasons why it won't work, or why things won't work, that their energies everywhere. It's no longer in that central region. And so that's the experience that people have when they decide to take on something and then they have All these things as to why not? So really, in order to release here, what is really to be released is not some kind of energy that's on its own doing its own thing is the ideas that are pulling that energy in different directions. That's what has to be released those ideas, right? We must firstly know that it's fair, whenever we have those kind of ripples and stuff, or we feel bad, or we feel something could be wrong.

The thing is this, in the world experience itself, remember that we're still seeing what we want to see we are the ones that are creating it. So we see what we want to see. So if we are experiencing something, we must be aware Firstly, that we know we did it, we created it right? So we take responsibility for that. Now that we know that we did that. Obviously the next thing to do would be to create something else if we don't like what we see right?

The way to create something else is not Trying to shift the world. That's impossible, it won't happen that way. The only way to do it is to go back to the source of the creation which is inside of us. And focus our energy on that source so that we're a vibrational match for it. And we will see it appear in the world, right? So to simplify that, and make it into a practical tool that we can actually use right now, instead of just imagining it.

This is what happens. There we are in the realm and we're walking, something shows up in front of us, we become fearful because we have an idea of what could happen or something is happening that we don't want to experience. When we encounter that experience. We know that it is fear because we feel it inside. Right? In order to release that fear.

What we have to do is recognize in that moment, okay, we created this, we need to make a different decision right now. So the first thing we have to do is notice fear and really sit right. Somebody's arguing somebody is ready to fight. Whatever it is, we have to be willing to release that idea and release the fear itself, we are responsible for releasing the fear because we are the ones who created it. Right in that way. So we have to be willing to release it.

Just let it go, breathe whatever it takes, release it, release it, be willing to release it. Now that we really start fair, we can recreate right? The environment that's conducive to what we want. So we refocus our energy on exactly what we would want to happen in that instance. So despite what we're seeing through the eyes, we have to know that the eyes are only showing us what we already thought in the past. It's showing us the past.

So presently, we want to bring that new experience into being we focus on the new experience. So for instance, if I were to tell you orange banana, you can see that in your head right now, green car, you can see that in your head right now. And you don't need pencil and paper to draw it. You see me doing this with my hands and you see what I'm what I'm doing right. So there's an imaginative component to us, which is true seeing It's what we see in our minds what we see in our fields. And it's not the eyes that are doing that, because when I say orange banana, there is no physical arrangement on in front of you, but you can see it.

Where did you see it in your mind. So by focusing your attention on that picture in the mind, we can use true seeing to bring ourselves back to experiencing what we what we really want to see. So we come back in fares being experience, we released what's their release the charge around it, don't react to it, right? We breathe, we do whatever we have to do, and we start focusing internally, just like that place of the orange banana to where we want to be where we want to what we want to see. And by experiencing that what we do is we actually shift our feelings shift our vibration to was exactly what we want to see and shifting our vibration by the law of reversibility, which is just that energy cannot be created or destroyed, but it must go to energy cannot be created or destroyed, but it is already transformed from one form to another.

That's science. Thanks a lot. But the law of reversibility is basically that if sound creates vibration and vibration can play itself and we have that correlation between energies and matching energies come together so that if we are to feel a specific way we will bring about a certain result because of the matching energies, the vibrational universe and the law of magnetism puts everything together, just like the law of attraction. So, I don't really discuss the law of attraction much in this because it's, it's good, but it's sort of incomplete in how it was discussed. The law of reversibility is a factor that also so here we are, we come together and we realize that we are holding that new vibration of what we want to see when we hold that vibration. Whatever is to be correlated to that according to our awareness is going to come to us because that's where our conscious awareness comes into play.

We have a feeling that goes with that thing. That thing will come to us when we have the feeling right So all we're trying to establish them in really thing fair is a feeling of calm a feeling of peace, so that we can create a new experience by focusing our internal awareness on that specific environment or thing that we would like to experience. And that's how we shift our experience. That's how we shift from fear to creation. Because the opposite of fair Actually, it's fair, fair seems to be the opposite of love, right? But in love, we do create, that's what we do naturally, we are creative beings.

So what we're looking at is we shift from fair into being creative or into creation. That's what happens. That's how we release fear. Let it go. Release the charge, step into that moment of visioning exactly what it is we want to see in that moment. So we're disregarding what we see at that point with the eyes.

I'm going back inside to create the environment that we want to see Dealing with that completely, so that we experienced that completely inside. And then the external just has to shift to match up to that, it must. Because if you are in a happy state all of a sudden, whoever was angry with you, if you're really happy, happy, genuinely happy, not faking happier pretending to be, but if all of a sudden you are really genuinely happy, then you will be kind to that person anyway, you'll be kind of whoever it is, and it won't be a matter to them. So then boom, that's gone out of the way. And a new situation can step in to replace that. So vibrationally there is nothing for them to latch on to anymore.

And that's what we do by shifting our vibration and jumping into the vision of what we really want to see that moment. And that's how quick we can switch this. So from fair to creation is only a few seconds away always. The thing is sometimes we got we get stuck on what's happening right then we focus our attention there and then that becomes our internal output with our vision. So we have to learn to separate basically vision between seeing with the eyes because it's two different experiences. Seeing with the eyes is just seeing the past which was already created.

Seeing in vision is creating a brand new experience in love. When we a piece uncommon, we focus our energy in one place. So, to simplify all this, the release from fear is simply let go of what's in front of your eyes. Don't pay attention to it. Pay attention to the new thing that you would like to see. Right.

So step one, let go of what you see or hear. Step two, pay attention to the new thing that's coming up, full attention. Step three, allow it to happen. Don't fight, don't resist, don't try to make anything happen. Just allow it to happen. Focus all your attention on that new state.

And it must happen because you are in that state you occupy that space. You are that new space. The absolute is with us. It must happen that way. And that is the release from fear. Have a lovely day.
