In this section, we cover the walking exercise.

Please read through it carefully before you start to walk. 

Walking:

  • Strengthens muscles in the feet, legs, hips, and trucks. It also increases the stability of the spine and it strengthens the muscles that the body upright.
  • Nourishes the spine and its structures. It helps to facilitate circulation that pumps nutrients into the soft tissues and drain it of toxins. It draining toxins.
  • Improves your posture (if you walk in the right way) and it helps with the range of motion.
  • Strengthens your bones and reduces bone density loss especially in women. It, therefore, prevents osteoporosis.
  • Release spasms in the back if you walk for a long enough distance and stay mindful of your body's response to the walking.
