First movement: Sky stretch

Performed with the stick

Benefits:
Balance your energy and lowers the fight and flight response.
Enhance blood circulation in the upper body.

General breathing instructions:
Up: breath in
Down: breath out 

Starting Position:
Feet: Shoulder width and firmly planted on the earth
Arms: Handing downwards next to the body
Hands: Holding broomstick shoulderwith apart
Broomstick: In front of pelvis touching the body
Knees: Straight, but soft
Chin and Tailbone: Tucked in

Movement:
Bend your knees
Breathing in move hands and stick upwards close to the body
Straighten the knees as you go up
When fully stretch hold the posture and the breath for a moment
And slightly tighten the upper body upwards for a second or two and then release

Exhale bringing the hands and broomstick downwards close to the body
Bend the knees slightly as you go
Until you are in a neutral position with bent knees
Repeat 3 to 10 times
