DESCRIPTION: 
As the name says the lower back relief Broomstick routine requires a broomstick to perform. We only use the name "broomstick". You can use various materials to be your Broomstick. The length of your Broomstick must more or less be shoulder height. Traditionally it is the same height as yourself.
