DESCRIPTION: It is important to stretch after you work out. Many people blow this off. Stretching after you work out helps to restore your Range Of Motion. It is also the best time to improve your flexibility. It is different from the Pre-Workout Stretch in that you can hold the postures for a longer duration and do as many repetitions as needed without impacting your performance. Stretching too much before your workout reduces muscle strength.
