Welcome to the course rise. I'm so happy you made the leap. So Pope is one of my favorite topics to teach. My name is Ilana Michelson, and I'm the lead practitioner at apt until calm. As a certified practitioner in many modalities. I call myself a human bliss crater because I love to help people remove the emotional baggage that keeps them from realizing their bliss.

Everything I do is tested on myself and on all my clients. Coming from a scientific background, I have a doctorate in plant microbiology. I'm well aware of the importance of testing everyday practices with as many people as I can. As I work with people from all over the world for many different cultures. It gives me a broad spectrum of people to test limits of my techniques. So in this course, I want to introduce to you a very simple technique that can often solve people's problems on its own or it can be used in conjunction With other techniques, you can use this technique immediately on yourself, on your friends, on your family, or even on your clients.

If you're a practitioner therapist, I'm not asking you to believe me, I'm not saying it's true. I'm only saying that works for me and hundreds of my clients. So learn it and test it, and try it out and see if it works for you, too. I can't wait to show you how to raise your self esteem. And it's not what you think it is. It will improve all areas of your life, your relationship with yourself, with your family, with your co workers, and even with money.

So let's go ahead and dive in. First of all, who am I to teach this course? Well, those of you who don't know me so well, I started out around 10 years ago when I needed to heal my family and myself after getting divorced. My first step was to get certified and faster EFT by Robert G. Smith. This opened the door to a whole new world for me from there went on to being certified in hypnotherapy by David Snyder. After that, I went to rapid pain elimination and mining mediation by Martin Rothery of the future house.

As I said that I read every book that I can possibly get my hands on in the field. I test out the techniques on myself and on my children, and I have all my clients. If the technique works, I use it. If it doesn't, I don't know my type of therapy in the world. According to Ilana, it has to be thorough, fast, be fast, and it has to be fun. If it doesn't have these three components, it doesn't work for me.

Aside from that, in comparison to the talk therapies, we usually sit there and talk about the problem over and over and over again, where it came from, why you have it and my form of therapy. I don't really care why you have it. As a matter of fact, a lot of my therapy is absolutely no content. You don't have to know what you're working on and I don't have to know what else you're working on. It doesn't make it difference, we can still create the changes the unconscious creates the changes for us. I'm interested in how you do it inside of you, where you stored inside of you, and how you stored inside of you.

Those are the important factors for me. Now Aside from that, I'm very solution oriented, which means when any of my clients come in, I always ask them, is this your point A? And where do you want to get to? What is your point B, because in this method, I can take you from point A to point B, but you have to know where your point b is. My work is very hands on, which means you have to be extremely absorbed in what you're doing. And sometimes do a bit of little silly things like reaching out and touching an imaginary dial.

But believe me, if you do the work that I tell you to do, and you're absorbed in it, you act as if you're shown to someone in the audience. Even if you don't believe it, you will still get the results. It's worth While doing that, what are my techniques going to do for you, you're going to raise your self esteem, not the normal way, not like your usual self esteem course. It's going to lie to be more confident in life. It's going to improve all your relationships, especially the one with yourself, which is the most important. It will improve your income.

Because once you've improved your relationship with yourself and with everybody else around, usually an actual side effect is that your income rises. Another side effect is that usually get to your proper weight. Because a lot of weight issues are related to relationship with yourself. You will also become the master of your life. You'll be able to create what you want in life. You'll be able to attract what you want in life, you'll be able to create the bliss of your life and the lives of everyone around you that you've been longing for.
