So now that you've experienced the technique, let's explain what we actually did. So the first thing we did we need something to work on. So we chose some experience some memory that we had, we didn't feel great, but we can feel terrible. In our case, we chose that as I explained beforehand, because this isn't a full blown session, and I can't go through reactions. And if you go too deep inside, I won't be able to pull you out. But in essence, when I work with my clients, I also choose full blown things, full blown experiences, where I want to change the way that they feel.

So that was the first step. Now, as I said, we chose some of that somewhere around to be here. I always have my clients gorge, how they kill them that experience, because that's one of the ways that we can tell how things have changed. So if they choose something that they're feeling gonna be here and end of the process, they're feeling that we're here, we know that we've created real change. If they pick something up here at the end of the process, they're up here. We know we still have some work to do.

There might be some Other elements besides self worth, that are also at play that we need to change. So after we choose experience, we keep the suds rating, we see how badly we feel it, we notice where we feel it inside, we write down all the attributes, as I said, and writing down those attributes gives us an idea of how it's changed. Because even if we don't necessarily feel change inside, which we usually do, once we create change and everything else, if let's say the colors change, the sizes changed, the shape that it's in unchanged, the texture has changed the temperature change, chances are we created real changes inside that memory. So we took the memory, and now we put the memory aside because right now we're working on the self worth. Now one of the other reasons while you put the memory aside, it was if we work there, at the end of the memory, we might create some resistance to changing the memory.

But here we're not working on the memory as yet. We're working on the self worth that We feel and memory, which is something different in terms of the unconscious mind in terms of the conscious mind. So we get our second dial gauge and our second gauge of the here the scale is our self worth. Now, I always start my self worth with one side of the scale being down in the dumps, the lowest it could possibly be. And the second side of the scale being king, queen of the mountain, meaning the highest it can be and no matter where I start the process, my result, I want to be over here at the very top. Some people say no, no, it's okay.

I don't need to be the top. It's fine to be up here. I don't know why they want to just be here. Why not feel amazing when I feel great? That goes back to that self worth. I don't need to feel that great.

So okay. But once we get it up there, that feeling is amazing. So what I want you to do is gauge where your self worth is when you think about that incident that memory that we push to the Over there. Once we got it, we reach out and touch the dial. Remember that creates absorption, it's as if you're actually doing it, the unconscious mind believes that there is a dial over there. Once we touch the dial with whatever number it is, and once again, when we look at the number, we're listening to our unconscious mind, whatever number pops up, that's the number.

Don't try to change it don't say, well, that can be I thought it was much higher over there. Just go along with it. That's the number your unconscious mind gave you. So you reach out, you touch the dial and whatever number it's at. Then you feel wherever you feel it inside of you. With your other hand you point number one, you're listening to your unconscious mind, it's telling you where to point number two, you're creating a semantic bridge between the outside where the dial is to the inside inside of you.

Number three, you're pointing the sematic address where that contains Sooner or that memory or that reference for that program is stored in your inside neurology, then what you would do is you will literally turn the dial up. Now some people turn it directly from wherever they are over to the 100. Some people go one step at a time, they keep going back and forth, back and forth till they can't go back there, then the next one back and forth, back and forth to like, can't go back there. Next one back and forth, back and forth to look can't go back there. Either way that you do it is fine. The way that I demonstrated is you first get it up to the hundred, right, which means that you've gotten rid of at least one of those experiences that are holding you over there.

And then I have you tried turning it back. If you can turn it back. All that it means is that there are more experiences holding you in that place. So what you do is you keep turning it back and forth, back and forth, back and forth, until you can't turn it back anymore. That's why I told you to test it. If you can still turn it, it means you're not yet done and you have more work to do.

Once you get to the point where it's stuck, can't turn back down anymore, then you know that you're done with the work with the self worth. Then I have you go back to that experience, and see how it feels. How did it change? Does it feel better? You feel more worthy of them getting whatever you wanted? Did the whole picture change?

The whole movie changed? Is it brighter? Is it a better storyline? Now? Generally, I find with most of my clients, the story gets brighter, there's a better ending to it. They generally get whatever they wanted that they couldn't have beforehand, and everything feels better.

That's a technique in a nutshell. We're now going to see a real life demonstration of rising action that I did in a workshop for allowing in the money into your life. We first raised whatever we want in terms of Money. And then we checked our self worth to see whether we were actually felt worthy of getting that amount of money. At the end, you'll be able to see what the two clients who were with me felt about doing the work of the self worth, after raising the amount of money that they raised it to enjoy. As usual, we're gonna start out with setting our doubt to make sure it's at the right place where we want it to be.

But let's go ahead, think about where you are right now, where you want to be. And this includes all income and earnings that come in beat passive income, feed, active income, what you want per month to be coming in. Like we build inside, don't forget to do that. That's an important factor. And as you turn it, notice the shifts and changes occur inside trying to get back and forth, back and forth. till it's stuck at that highest point where you want it to be, you can't turn it back anymore.

You should remember all the people out there in the audience are doing with us any warning, any shivering, tearing, any other physiological reaction might be having is totally normal. It's just You're waiting for your body to process through everything that's going on inside of it. And when you get there, okay, I'm done. Okay? And this is a little exercise. That's all look, when we think about that amount of money that we want, what our self worth is, at that point, whether we feel that we actually deserve it or not.

So it's your self worth out which is from zero to 10 or any range that you want to choose with zero or the lowest number would be down in the dumps. And 10 is Queen of the world now Okay, since we're all queens here, so go ahead and see where it's located. If it's not located at Queen of the world, we shouldn't touch it. knows where you feel that you touch it. points we feel as you touch it, or in the dial up, notices ships and changes occur inside as you turn it up. Keep turning it back and forth, back and forth.

Until your dial you are Queen of the world. And just a little note, sometimes, we tend to get a little bit sick when we do this simply for the reason that we're very rapidly processing through these memories and getting rid of them. So, I did feel a little bit sick while I was doing it. And now that I'm finished, I actually feel a lot better. So don't worry if you start to feel a little bit nauseous, it's totally normal. By the time you're finished with it.

It'll be gone. So long That's okay. All it means is that you have lots of things that are holding you back from getting there. Okay? I'm not alone, right? You know, experiencing this.

Ain't Don't forget the point where you build inside of you, you get a lot more out of it that way. You create the schematic bridge and you're pointing to the semantic address where you're storing that experience. And I'm pointing all the time. Okay, good. After you did yourself worth, and you went back to thinking that the amount of money that you want to bring in How did it feel more realistic? about you?

Yeah. I, I not sure I understood the question repeated. We first raised the money level to the amount that we want to have per month. Right? We changed our self worth and that situation to be the top level self worth. Okay, what changes did you feel when you thought about bringing in that amount of money as can change your self worth?

It's possible beforehand. How did you feel? Maybe I don't know. How will it come? But, you know, like it was kind of a question mark. You marry?
