Hello, and welcome to this course. I'm really, really happy that you decide to create a new habit and habit that stick. So I will begin with a quick introduction for this course. First of all, who am I? Well, I'm Ben, my name is Benjamin. And if you ask yourself about my great, great English accent, well, I'm French, so no excuse.

I'm an entrepreneur and French entrepreneur. I'm an expert on time management. And I really, really love to walk on habit because it is a really powerful tool to create routine and to develop skills As an enterpreneur, I sell and offer to my clients, some online trainings and also coaching. But today we will only talk about habits and especially how to create a sticky habit without using your motivation. So, why create habits? It's a good question and to answer that, I will just read you a sentence some sentence I love from Aristotle's more than sentence.

It's a quote. Aristotle says several hundred years ago, this excellence is not one by training and habituation. We do know, act rightly because we have virtue or excellence, but we rather Have those because we have acted rightly, we are, we are what we repeatedly do. Excellence then is not an act, but a habit. So this is it. Habits creating habits is a way to reach excellence.

And what we will do together during this course, is learn, you will learn how to create a new habit, a really strong habit that will stick in your days in your weeks, months and years, because you will see that Abbott can bring you strong results especially with the compound effect that we will talk later. So, in this training, what will we see? And the only only goal of this training is that At the end of the course, you will have an a bit a bit created. This is the main goal creating creating a bit that stick. And to do that, we will use the less motivation possible because motivation, you know, is a resource which is not infinite. For example, remember, every year do you try to take a new year resolution?

You know, the one will fail, fail and fail. If you try to lose weight to start sport to quit smoking, how many time did you try to take a new year resolution and how many time this resolution failed? I might guess every time not because you not want to But because you're motivated and only motivated motivation is not enough for you to create a stickier bit. So, what we will do is to use process and system to create this habit and to create that we will use a trigger a routine and reward internal and external reward. We will also see what I call the debug mode, even if you follow this course create an create your bit and do all the exercise will you will have to do maybe sometime you still fail. And we will use the debug mode to see what you can do if you still fail.

So, in this course, we'll have of course explanation and example but You will have to work. This is the major point, I will, you need to understand that I won't do the work for you, I will you, I will explain you the steps, I will you I will give you some exercise, but you will have to walk to do the exercise. It's really, really important. So, first of all, just grab a pen and some sheet of paper because you will have to write your ideas you will have to brainstorm and you will have to follow all the steps I will explain you. So it's important that you have something in your hand you can do do this on your computer. It's it's more suitable for you, but a pen and a sheet of paper can be good.

And then you only have to follow all the steps. I will explain you here. Hear, and at the end, you will have your a bit created. So, if you're ready, let's go for the first section of the course, all the mistakes you do and I have done during a bit creation. Let's go
