And welcome back. Here we are again and this is Rama and we will know walk on the bonus section, I will give you some tips and hints to help you go faster in your habit creation. First of all, here are some more resources you can have a look to. The first one is from Eric Barker is a famous blogger. He often speak about habit creation about bad habits and out to break bad habits. His content is very very good and a very free link you can use I will put them inside a PDF file so you can just copy and paste them in your in your web browser.

So you can have a look to these free blog posts. Very, very interesting. I learned, I learned a lot from this guy, Eric Barker. There is another one less known maybe will is Patrick at blog, and Varys. Also, in this website, very, very interesting content about how to make a good habit that stick you can have a look to this one too. And the last one you probably know a little bit Botha, which is the owner of the Zen habit website.

And he also talks about habits and this content is also very, very interesting. In all the content in this in this free blog are very, very interesting. If you want to improve yourself, not Just around a bit creation but around several areas of your life so you can have a look to them. And now varies to thing I want to provide you is the command useful document I've created for you. You can download them they are in there. It's PDF file, so you can download and print them.

I encourage you to print them it's important you will see why. The first one is the habit shift definition. It's a PDF file you can use to write in details, the steps of your habit, you know the steps we walked together. First of all, it's your new habit. For example, I don't know starting meditation then You can write your why. And then you will describe the three steps the triggers, the list of action you will perform for your habits, your reward.

And eventually you can use them you can you can write the tool you will use. For example, if you want to start meditation, you can use a tool on your smartphone like headspace application. So, if you if you go back to the exercise you have done or if you want to create a new habit right now, just print this sheet of paper and use it to write down all your steps during your habit creation. It's It's important because, you know, if you print it and pin it in your room, in your bedroom in your kitchen, you will see it more often and it's kind of another reminder Gain like tips as a trigger. So you can use this habit cheat definition tool. And the second one is interesting too.

It's what I call the mouth challenge chit. Okay, so it's just another sheet of paper you can print it like the the hobby cheat definition. And here the goal is to, to create you know, a habit that stick by tracking every day, every day of the month and check if you fulfill it if you perform your habit for each day. So just have to print it and for each day you fulfill your habit you put across, in in the day, so the goal is easy. It's just too Have a full full sheet of cross inside this document. So every day when you you perform your habit just put across in the day and have a look at the end of the month.
