This is what you need to have together on the day you need to get with the program. Getting with the program is there is a program and you need to get with the program. Hopefully they've sent it before, and you've had time to go through it. But remember, even if you get it two weeks before or even on the day it changes. So make sure that you stay with the program. If you see any changes, you might be able to give a bit of advice.

But don't get involved in decision making because you'll get blamed for it. If it doesn't work. Make sure there's no negativity. Don't go speak to people or hang out with people that could make your negative or break you down or they're going to give you information you don't need. Visualize yourself from a distance. I'm going to arrive when actually climb out of the car, I'm gonna look like this, I'm gonna walk past people, you must be careful.

Sometimes you go to a shop before you go to the venue, and some of the people are going to be at the venue, or in their shop. And if you walk in and you're very abusive, or you go to bed to edit your day, when you get on stage, they're gonna go, I'm not gonna listen to this person. So to actually start on the day, when you leaving home, when you are there, you visualize getting out of the car, you visualize going up to people saying, Hi, hello, you have to find the person who is that person that makes all the decision, and the person who has brought you to the day, you want to know the host, sometimes you'll have the main authority, and the person who's the organizer, you go to the organizer and you say, I'm here, what is it that you'd like me to do?

And then you try and find the person who's the boss of the entire place, the venue, then you go and you say, I'm so privileged and honored, to be able to be here and have this time in front of your people. Thank you for that. You want to submit To authority and remember submitting to authority is you give it before they ask not because they're asked, I don't like to arrive too soon, because then there's all that input input. But I arrived soon enough to get myself comfortable to get to know the venue and what's happening. And there is a module on the actual venue, and what to keep in mind for that. And then I don't like to sit in front, even though they like to Asher, if it's close to the beginning, then our might walk down and sit in the front.

But I like to sit at the back. I like to maybe go sit with people meet people go have a cup of coffee, don't let them know who I am. And I just try and get a vibe and try and get the kind of atmosphere of the day to see remember what I told you in the other module is we got to walk in those people's shoes here what the main topics are, what are they talking about and how you are going to take what do you think is going to happen to how they need to feel when they're going to receive it and the most important Part of this is go find some maritime and also be you. So you go to the mirror, and you make sure you are there. When I went to Switzerland and I did a movie shoot in Switzerland, the first shot that we took, which was my opening, When am I going to get this?

Right? I hope I know what I'm doing. I hope everyone's gonna like me. The directors came up to me and said, You know what, that's a little bit too much. You need to turn it down a bit. I thought, okay, my subject to that.

Then I went to the main guy who actually flew me out to Switzerland and requested me to come and do the acting. And I said, I overstep my marker, but because the directors needed me to back off a bit, and the guy said, No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, Shawn, please. You must remember this. We spent all this money and all this time to bring you out. So we need you. We need your humor.

We need you to naturally be You don't allow anybody to change that out. We have wasted that time. And it would be a very sad moment for me. What did I do? I just made sure that every time I did what I did, and he laughed, my job was done. How do we be you?

Well, it's quite simple picture somebody who really knows you, well, maybe two or three of them, put them in the audience. And if you are speaking to them, will they go? app? That's our guy, or hat, that's our goal, or do they go at another person? One of the main reasons why we get invited as guest speakers or public speakers is because of our personality, as we said earlier, stories and who we are as individuals.
