DESCRIPTION: There is another way to create a responsive template using Tablet First Template which comes with JDeveloper, this way is a bit long but you can have a look at it in case you want to use it. The main idea of this way is to create different facets for each resolution (PC Screen and Table Screen) and you can design the page in both facets (design the page layout for PC screen using the main facet and design table screen in another facet).
