How you start your day is so important to you health - your mental, emotional and physical states determine how your day will go ... right from the start! Did you know you can intentionally shift your energy when you start your day? With this practice you'll learn over the next few months you will get firsthand experience in doing this for yourself. Here's how to use this course This course is best completed in phases so that you can learn the details for each movement well. Start with the warmup practices first and then proceed into the full practice video on a daily basis. As you're learning, start with the introduction and practice video for practice #1. Go For A Walk I’m very lucky because I live in the south-west Marin County, California near the beach so I love to go out walking with my dog first thing in the morning alongside the bay or up into the hills near my house. Even if it is raining I wear the waterproofs and go out anyway! I do this to get fresh air into my lungs and breathe in a little bit of really good Qi (energy). I find the above 3 tips really helpful for me. However, what I would say to you is that when you are thinking about your morning ritual or routine to get things going, it doesn’t have to be the same thing as I do. What is most important with your morning routine, to set up your day in the most positive way, is to DO THINGS THAT MAKE YOU FEEL GOOD! Do something that
