This next practice is really good for the upper body and especially for the joints and the muscles and the tendons in the arms. So as you know, shoulders is one of the most vulnerable joints in the body. And we want to really strengthen hit in a very holistic way. And this movement is really going to do it it's actually for martial arts is going to be more powerful. There's an explosive movements that going up to the front and to the side. And we, we were doing these, these explosive movement all in, in rhythm in a sequence.

And then and then after we finished them, we squeezing the pump. Now this squeeze is about tensing all the muscles in the in the hand starting from the shoulder and And gradually squeezing all the way to the end if you squeeze like a very thick ball, and so you really squeeze very, very strong with your hand and that all develops strength from the shoulder all the way to the little fingers. yet so so try to squeeze it on the axon and when you inhale, relax fully, and when you exhale, you squeeze it again. I'm going to do sequence of three squeezes. And then we're going to keep that tension in the muscle, turn the hand and bring the fist back into the body, so that we'll develop a lot of strength in the arms in a very holistic way. Yeah, very natural way.

And also the explosive movements would really open the joints, the wrist, the elbows and the shoulders. Enjoy it.
