DESCRIPTION: Upper Body Joint and Tendon Strengthening

In this practice we focus on the upper body, joints and tendons.  By contracting and pulling energy inward, we activate the tendons and pull Qi in to strengthen them.  Additionally, the rotating and tensing movements help to lubricate and strengthen the joints.
