Did you know you can intentionally shift your energy when you start your day?  With this practice you'll learn over the next few months you will get firsthand experience in doing this for yourself.

Here's how to use this course

This course is best completed in phases so that you can learn the details for each movement well.  Start with the warmup practices first and then proceed into the full practice video on a daily basis.  As you're learning, start with the introduction and practice video for practice #1.  I recommend you progress weekly through each movement for a period of 10 weeks so that you really embody each movement plus the Neigong (hidden Qi Gong).
