DESCRIPTION: These warm up practices are designed to help shake off the cobwebs of sleep and prepare the body for the Good Morning Qi Gong! full practice.  It's a gentle way to get the body moving and useful especially in the morning, but really any time of day.

Start with these gentle movements, breathing and inward focus of your energy with a mind that's an empty vessel.  If thoughts come up, let them float by like clouds without clinging to them or going into the story.

If you're short on time, you may use just this practice as your wakeup routine and it will have a huge impact on your day!
