DESCRIPTION: 
In the discovery phase of the double-diamond design, we spent the time exploring and understand users. We believe in getting users into the design process, instead of going through the usual user interview, we use the LEGO© Serious Play© method to engage the users, let them make their experience and share it with us by telling their story. At the end of the LEGO© Serious Play© process, we managed to define a series of HMW questions and eventually voted for the top 3 HMW.
