Using LEGO© bricks as a metaphor, it enables 3 modes of communication: Visual, auditory, kinaesthetic
It enables enhanced expression, deeper listening, and better memory
Its process: Challenge, build, share and reflect, creates a safe environment for everyone to participate, share their views and get their voice heard
It is a good choice of tool to be used by a user researcher to gain insight into not so obvious, tacit, and latent knowledge of users.

In the LEGO© Serious Play© process, we get users to “make”(build) LEGO© model to show (share) us and let them tell their story about their LEGO© model. It deeply engages users, actively participate in the design process (reflect).
