Grace and Paula teamed up on a large project and split the workload. Grace, a global thinker decided to look at the more theoretical information. While Paula, a linear thinker looked at instances where theory had been put into practice. The two were well aware of each other's thinking styles because of conversations Paula pointed out Grace's tendency to speak in abstract and theoretical terms. Grace recognize this because she was aware of the theory of different thinking styles. Grace created a PowerPoint for her research because she knew that Paul was a visual learner while Paula acknowledging Grace's preference verbally explained her research because they worked with each other's strengths.

They created a great final product
