Jennifer had goals and ideas but she found herself constantly procrastinating. Jennifer approached Ayesha, her mentor for advice on how to stop procrastinating. I use she had a reputation at work as a dynamo that got things done. So she seemed the perfect person for Jennifer to speak with about this problem. I Isha looked at Jennifer's workspace and suggested that Jennifer remove any clutter. Jennifer took it as advice and organized her office so that everything had a place she removed distracting toys and gadgets.

She did keep a motivational poster, but everything else in the office was work related. Soon, Jennifer was able to see progress and was spurred on by her success.
