Okay, so we're here at lesson two. Where are we going to start? We're going to start with creating your plan. So grab some paper, get a pen, and we're going to start with the facilitators planning table. Okay, so no matter what you're presenting, or facilitating, you're always gonna want to start with these first items here. So the welcome, you get to set the tone, bring your energy to the room, that's really important, right, this right off on the right foot, then you're gonna set expectations.

So what are we doing today? How can everyone contribute? Really important because you want to make sure that everyone in the room knows how they can engage with you during this process, then we're going to define success. So what are we hoping to accomplish today, always great to start with the end in mind. Then we're going to move on to our agenda, any context setting you might have to do so how and why we're doing this And then the topics outline. So what will we cover?

And this is something that you are probably going to do is more of your internal prep work. And that's what we're going to go over in the next lesson.
