A motivated mind is a disciplined mind, motivation and discipline go together. However, without motivation, it is difficult to become disciplined. Ironically, people with discipline rarely ever need to be motivated to perform life's duties. People with discipline do daily activities without much thought they need doing so they just do them. But for those of us who don't try focusing on the benefits before each task, think of the benefit you'll receive from doing it. The motivation will come from having that payoff or reward in mind.
