Find your unique motivators. What motivates me will not always motivate you. We may share some motivators, but we also have unique motivators. It's important to identify those things that are your sweet spot. Consider uplifting ways to help people or listen to inspiring podcasts. Things that create personal satisfaction and positive emotions are great motivators.
Motivation doesn't only have to come from positive stuff. For example, I'm incredibly motivated when my bank account is low. Those are a few examples. But the important thing is to choose things that will motivate you and propel you in a motivated action.
