DESCRIPTION: Broccoli is an excellent source of vitamins K, C, and A, as well as folate and fiber. It is also a good source of phosphorus, potassium, magnesium and vitamins B6 and E.
Organic Broccoli is preferred for taste, health, and environmental reasons. These delicious florets can be enjoyed raw with dip, as a side with cheese, in soup, or grilled with a variety of vegetables.
Keep unwashed broccoli refrigerated for up to five days. Organic produce should not be stacked with non-organic produce.
